Tash teaches the fundamentals of the Pilates principles in this class. Breathing,Concentration,Control,Centering, Precision and Flow. Everyone welcome, especially perfect if your new to Pilates.

Cancellation Policy

Please note, we have a 24 hour no refund cancellation policy for our classes and a 48 hour no refund cancellation policy for our events and workshops. To cancel, please Whatsapp The Loft on 0788867479 HOW TO FIND THE LOFT On arrival turn immediately right, and park in the small car parking area. Walk to the end, and you will see a sandwich board with The Loft sign! Take a left, and keep walking until (1 min) until you see The Loft sign, and building on your left. The door will be open during class time.
