Led by Rae, the class focuses on gentle yoga postures, movement, breath-work, and relaxation techniques. It’s designed to improve mobility, balance, and reduce stress, encouraging self-awareness and kindness toward yourself.

Walk to the A Board, turn left, and head to the wooden gate with 'The Loft' sign. Walk through the gate, past the greenhouses and you'll see The Loft on your right.
