Tash’s passion for alignment and finding inner strength has spanned over 20 years of Pilates teaching. Her vision of opening her own unique space in which she could share her passion led her to create South Street Loft.
Tash has a solid foundation in the remedial method of Pilates and was fortunate enough to train with Alan Herdman, who in the 70's brought Pilates to the UK.
Tash then went on to train with Bob Liekens of Power Pilates and Pilatesology, embracing the classical system. Tash has spent many happy years enjoying a successful teaching career in London combining both disciplines.
Her journey in yoga started 10 years ago having discovered and fallen in love with the Mysore Ashtanga self-practice, which has since always been a place of spiritual growth.

With a passion for combining movement, breath and mobility awareness through teaching Vinyasa Yoga, Hanri first discovered the practice of yoga as a student in South Africa. She now has over 10 years of teaching experience, having originally trained under the guidance of Ruth White for Karuna Yoga in 2010 (500hr YTT). She then went on to complete a 200hr YTT with the Freestyle Movement Project in 2012 to expand her teaching to a Vinyasa style.
Hanri's approach to Vinyasa yoga remains focused on combining breath and movement whilst challenging balance and strength - you can expect to move a lot and try something new in every class.

From there, she wanted to encourage others to lead a healthy lifestyle so trained to be a Level 3 Personal Trainer & has 3 years experience
With her positive & down to earth approach to daily fitness, she aims to encourage others; exercise shouldn’t be a punishment but instead a celebration of what your body can achieve.

Gemma has been teaching classes for over 20 years and brings to the studio her love for both Pilates and Yoga. Working as a Fitness Instructor at one of the country’s top Health Spas back in the late 1990’s she discovered Pilates and had the opportunity to be trained by Michael King who is renowned for helping to grow the Pilates Movement in the UK. Since training she has continued to enjoy learning and teaching Pilates knowing it has the ability to transform the way you move and feel.
Gemma’s love for Yoga grew through practicing Yoga it became her own space, somewhere to breathe, to be calm and to work on her wellbeing. This is why in 2017 she went on to study and gain her Level 3 and 200hr (Yoga Alliance) Qualification to become a Yoga Teacher. Her style of Yoga is Hatha based incorporating breath, movement, relaxation and meditation. Gemma has a real passion to make Yoga accessible for everyone.

Katy is a certified Sun Power Yoga Teacher, Artist & plant lady with a love for wiggling on the mat! After discovering her own yoga practice during university she decided to take it one step further & share her passion with others.
Katy's flowing classes are an opportunity for people to express themselves, move their bodies and feel nourished. Katy isn't one to take herself too seriously, so her sense of humour & light-hearted teaching approach may just be the right thing for you!
She believes everybody has the right to move their bodies & feel strong. It's during her Monday night classes that you'll be able to move through postures, designed to harmonise the body internally, improving strength, flexibility & balance.
