Qi gong is a gentle movement practice that works with chi, your body's vital life force. Through slow, flowing exercises, breathwork and focused awareness in relaxed postures to help chi flow smoothly through the body. this beautiful practice can improve energy, reduce stress. a deeper sense of balance and grounding.

Walk to the A Board, turn left, and head to the wooden gate with 'The Loft' sign. Walk through the gate, past the greenhouses and you'll see The Loft on your right.
