Mindful Menopause

Service Description

Returning to The Loft in June with another wellbeing workshop, this time the focus is on the menopause wellbeing. This workshop will guide you systematically through a unique Embrace Programme. The Menopause is so much more than hot flushes and night sweats. Poorly understood, often underestimated, and shamefully ridiculed, the menopause can be a challenge. Shrouded in mystery and shame peri-menopausal and menopausal women often carry on regardless. frequently suffering in silence until they run out of resilience often leaving work, not meeting friends feeling alone lost and exhausted. Mindful Menopause has been developed to provide people with an overview of how to balance hormones and soothe symptoms such as stress, hot flushes and night sweats. Research has shown that yoga and mindfulness combined with visualisations, stress reduction and confidence building significantly improve a person’s experience of their menopause. Let us support you to think of the menopause as a halfway point and all of the changes, not just the physical ones, will help shape the next 50 years of your amazing life.

To cancel, please Whatsapp The Loft on 0788867479 HOW TO FIND THE LOFT On arrival turn immediately right, and park in the small car parking area. Walk to the end, and you will see a sandwich board with The Loft sign! Take a left, and keep walking until (1 min) until you see The Loft sign, and building on your left. The door will be open during class time.
